He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Stephen Prasompetch helped me getting exactly the right car that I wanted after another dealership and sales person had failed to do so. Stephen was fast, friendly and very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. It was worth it to me to make the 5-hour trip from Mount Shasta, Ca, to get such good service. Thank you, Stephen!

We worked with Byron Wong, who was very helpful, straightforward, friendly and honest. Perhaps what we most liked about him is that he did NOT do any hard sell... which would have sent us right out the door. The trade in value for our used Toyota was very competitive, the dealer was very collaborative and transparent about price negotiations, and the after market leather we ordered was delivered on time and the quality was high. I started by shopping on line. I sent in an inquiry and received an email that same evening. Sabrina reached out and we decided on a time and date for a test drive. I was told to meet Sammy for the test drive. Sammy walked me thru everything I needed. I then worked with Michael La the sales manager. We worked out all the final details via email.
